About Us
Erin Soulé - Family Ministry Director
Erin is a native Northern Virginian—born in Falls Church and raised in Herndon. She’s had a heart for children as long as she can remember and always knew she would be working with them in some way. She now loves her role as Family Ministry Director, as she gets to support parents in the spiritual development of their children.
Prior to working for Dulles, Erin attended James Madison University. She then taught first grade for two years at Floris Elementary.
Erin and her husband, Rob, live in South Riding along with their daughter, Ella. She loves singing, reading, spending time at the beach, and hanging out with friends any chance she gets.
