Shout-Out-Loud Kids Try-Outs

Our Shout-Out-Loud Kids are 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade singers and dancers who help lead worship on Sunday mornings in Planet Faith, as well as at our FX: Family Experience Productions. We have a LOT of fun as a team, and we work hard too!  

We really want our potential Shout-Out-Loud Kids to take their responsibility of worship leading seriously, and we’re therefore looking for kids who want to make this a priority in their lives and schedules. 

Here’s some basic info on what we’re looking for in our 3rd-5th graders:

• Kids who love God and aren’t afraid to talk about it or show it!  :)  (This is definitely a process and I love getting to watch this grow!)

• Girls AND boys who ENJOY singing and dancing IN FRONT of others!  We feel strongly about people of all ages serving in their “sweet spots,” (where they excel most) and we’re looking for kids who are comfortable on stage and who aren’t afraid of being pushed a little out of their comfort zones.

• Regular practice is the first Wednesday of the month from 4:15-5:15pm.
Practices for FX are the 3 Wednesday evenings prior to the FX performance.
Because of the expected growth in our team this year, a child won’t be able to lead worship during a month they have missed practice, and kids must be able to make all of the practices for an FX to participate.
