Groups & Labs
Community is the heartbeat of DCC. In many ways, church doesn't start until the service ends! We want DCC to be a place where you form deep and meaningful relationships - a loving support system that challenges you to discover the best version of yourself!
Starting in the fall of 2017, we've begun to offer Groups and Labs on a rotating schedule, each cycle lasting 6-8 weeks.
What are community Groups?
Community Groups at DCC are small cells of people within our community that meet regularly to form friendships and discover God together! The format varies from group to group, but the one thing all of our groups have in common is they love hanging out and doing life together.
What are Labs?
Looking for a jump start in your spiritual journey?
Whether you're exploring faith for the first time, want to dive deeper into how to read the Bible, or want great fitness or financial guidance, we have a lab for you!
Our labs are environments designed for questions and dialogue, led by pastors and experienced practitioners.
something for Everyone
DCC is full of people from all walks of life. Whether you're single, married, have kids, an empty nester, or anywhere in between, there's a group or a lab for you!

SPiritual Growth Labs
The Jesus Lab
Sunday 4-6pm (Justin Ulrich) // Monday 7-9pm (Josh Tarp)
"Humanitarian? Revolutionary? Religious Icon? Jesus is a fascinating historical figure! In this lab, we dive into the life and times of Jesus and explore why we believe He's worth following today."
Advanced Bible Lab
Wednesday 7-9pm (Justin Ulrich)
"The Bible is a collection of ancient writings compiled over the course of about 1500 years by roughly 40 different authors. Advanced Bible Study is a nerdy and dirty lab with an in-depth approach to studying scripture. This lab is for those ready to invest in the skills to study the Bible on their own and have it come alive."
Monday 7-9pm (Brad Russell)
"The Owner's Lab is designed for those who are ready to take the leap and make an all-in commitment to DCC. It's not for everyone - Owner's Lab is designed to challenge DCC leaders to be builders of our church's future."
Helping without Hurting
Wednesday 7-8:30 PM (Justin Stewart-Fritz and Bonnie Long)
"Good intentions are not enough, and many problems cannot be solved with donations alone. This lab will focus on building a better framework for thinking about poverty, mission, and social justice. If you are interested in making a lasting impact on our world and truly helping others, this lab might be for you. This is especially recommended if you are interested in joining DCC's efforts in Nicaragua."
Tuesday 7-9 PM (Steve Malinchock)
"We all need a plan for our money. Financial Peace presents practical steps to get from where you are to where you've dreamed you could be. This lab will show you how to get rid of debt, manage your money, spend, save, and invest wisely, and much more. Join the number of DCCers that have discovered the power and freedom of Financial Peace's philosophy."
Thursday 7-8:30pm (Bill Mines)
"Healthy Living promotes, encourages, and instructs you toward healthy choices in your daily lifestyle. From fitness to diet, you will be presented with simple and effective ways to live healthier."
